The Fairie Apothecary is my loving offering to this earth and all who walk it — a living, breathing practice of herbal medicine rooted in the wisdom of the wild.
At its heart is the sharing of this wisdom — through workshops, courses and immersions — spaces of connection, learning, and re-membering, where herbalism meets relationship, tradition, craft and deep listening.
Alongside these teachings, I offer community-rooted clinical herbal care and a seasonal, hand & heart-made apothecary — all woven together as an invitation to deepen into relationship with land, body, plant and spirit and to walk this verdant path together.
This practice thrives at the meeting point of forest, home and heart. Of ancestral remembering and present-day healing, of science based knowledge, and the whispered teachings of plants.
Hello from this little corner of the wild,
I’m Shir — folk & clinical herbalist, wild-craftress, medicine maker, and facilitator of herbal wisdom, walking with bare feet on the earth down the good medicine road.
My practice is rooted in the rhythms of the seasons and the wild wisdom of the plants growing around us.
The Fairie Apothecary was created during my years living in off-grid, earth-based communities in Central America, as a way to serve my community through herbal medicine.
Since then, I’ve deepened and spread my roots, and am now practicing and teaching in Israel and Europe.
Sharing love of the earth and her medicines, weaving folk and earth-rooted traditions with integrative clinical herbalism through teaching, wildcrafted remedy making and grounded clinical care.
Here we walk together a path of re-membering — coming back home, into relationship with the earth, the heart, the spirit, and the whispered wisdom that lives between them.
